Course Description
Build Your Own Home - Did you know that you can have up to 50% equity in a house you build yourself?  That means a house selling for two hundred thousand dollars may only cost you $100k to build!  Since we all need a place to live and renting is nothing more than helping someone else make their mortgage payment, building your own home is the way to go.  This course teaches you how to build your home from the ground up:  design, blueprints, permits, subcontracting, excavation, foundation, substructure, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, doors, walls, drywall, siding, flooring, painting, and more.  Also covers post-construction activities.

2. A willingness to put in the work to save money in constructing your own home.
