Business Management Program - This full spectrum program consists of FIVE COURSES: The Successful Supervisor, Accounting, Business Finance, Marketing, Salesmanship.
The Successful Supervisor: This module discusses concepts and skills that a supervisor uses, managerial concepts, time management, how to plan, organize and control, the process of motivation, employee relations; training, communication, and coordination, and cost control and work simplification.
Accounting: This module focuses on accounting methods, preparing financial statements and balance sheets, accounting journals including accounts receivables and payables, inventory, sales, purchases, and payroll.
Business Finance: This module helps managers understand the various principles of business finance.
Marketing - This module helps managers to plan marketing strategy, focusing on product, pricing, advertising, promotion, and distribution.
Salesmanship - This module covers sales management, including the recruiting, selecting, and training of sales people, prospecting for clients, planning, and developing a sales strategy.
