Mortgage Loan Originator and Mortgage Loan Processor Combined Course is a very informative course that provides essential instruction covering industry terminology, positional duties and aspects, how to read a tri-merge credit report, RESPA and public policy disclosures, important features of the URLA 1003 loan application, standard types of mortgages and documentation, phases of the loan process, loan packaging and red flags. The course also provides a practical exercise that gives you the opportunity to step into the MLO's and MLP's shoes. Each lesson is reinforced with a quiz, and the final review consists of assignments that review all of your lessons. Course Requirements1. A desire to learn the MLO and MLP positions. 2.
