Mortgage Loan Originator is a very informative course that provides essential instruction covering industry terminology, positional duties and aspects, how to read a tri-merge credit report, RESPA and public policy disclosures, important features of the URLA 1003 loan application, standard types of mortgages and documentation, phases of the loan process, and provides a practical exercise that gives you the opportunity to step into the MLO's shoes. Each lesson is reinforced with a quiz, and the final review consists of assignments that review all of your lessons. Course Requirements 1. A desire to learn mortgage loan origination basics. 2.
