Course Description
Painter - This course will teach the skill and trade of commercial painting, as it covers:  surface preparation, tools and equipment, paint selection, primering, application, techniques and special coatings, quality control, and post-painting issues.
Course Requirements
1. A desire to learn the trade of commercial painting.
2. A willingness to learn how to paint skillfully.
Course Goals
After completing this course, students will be able to:
Understand how to prep an area and primer it for painting.
Decipher which type of paint to use and how to apply it efficiently.
